The fact that the refinery can be built to provide some cashflow early is the way to go wolfofasx,,,, With the help of the Japanese partner there is a lot of scope to build the facility to be of use for their obvious large network of customers that require processed metals. This will allow long term planning for the Broken Hill Cobalt Mine further down the track. As I have said before the real demand will start from 2025 onward that is when the price of cobalt will be of importance. It is essential to have every base covered to take advantage of the this market , the strategic thinking of COB and a Japanese partner is a perfect match right now IMO.
