because they should dump their shares to retailers at end. they wanna make a story for up and down in market. if u r clever u r surfing well on their waves otherwise will be broken hard.
there is no cobalt in this area and all know about it, however they pumped well during end of last year. PAC dumped well on cobalt wave and now they shifted to copper and for sure they will pump again to dump CR shares and exercising options. IMO, month 9 in the next year will be pump time.
