Agreed it is a low Capex project but from my conversation with the company they expect the PFS update to be more accurate then the standard 15-30%. They have tried to be very detailed and as this is a update they have improve the accuracy and expect it to be closer to a DFS/BFS in accuracy, however will remain names a PFS which doesn't really matter.

I agree the key milestone at the moment is getting takeoff agreements as this is what will get the project to progress.

The Update should be a interesting read and hopefully we see it next week.
