Interesting tie up as Rosslyn Hill Mining were originally objecting to DLE/RIR picking up the adjacent cobalt lease in the first place. http://dmp.wa.gov.au/Documents/Minerals/WARDENS_COURT_CAUSE_LIST_17_AUGUST_2016.pdf
I think there were further mentions and eventually DLE or there person picking up the lease won.
I wonder if this is to settle the dispute of sorts in some way or something?? You would hardly think they would have had a good working relationship giving going to the wardens court originally??
Not sure so don't take my word for anything but just came up in my searches.
