That's right Tombu , that's why the agreements are "in discussion' not signed, not sealed, not delivered.
You can not say that TS is misleading the market on this one. It does however look more and more positive with every increase in the Cobalt price which is now up 25% since the JV was announced. Everyone is now scrambling for cobalt as the world has recognised it is now cobalt not lithium which will be the constraining factor on the production of electric vehicles.
