If Ardea gets away they could go for toll processing of just flog it off to Ardea for cash and a royalty. But I can just see that project getting bogged - it will only fly if cobalt stays high and the longer it takes to get a plant built the less likely that will be. We are talking years to build a plant and billions here.
PIO if it proves something of substance up in short time if they are cunning enough could get something up much faster and at a much lesser CAPEX. I'm sure they are aware of this.
Could prove to be interesting.
