They get approval to dilute this time and time again, down 99% of SP from 3 years ago. The charts do not show the effect of dilutions, and they are banking on that omission with newbie punters. They always get approval to dilute because their repeat offender "sophisticated investors" always vote them through. In other words the "sophisticated investors" are their friendlies, however us mere mortals will never be fully informed of the relationship between these "investors" and management.
