Cobalt LME warehouse levels are down sharply too:
IMHO HAV's current Mkt Cap does not even cover the fair value of its Cobalt JORC resource. Further, its Au-Cu-Fe-Mo JORC resources are multiples of that.
Yet a certain Cobalt-only stock (COB) continues to rise although it is not scheduled to make a mining decision until after 30/6/19. It could well be a race against HAV's Kalkaroo-Mutooroo Cobalt district as to which Cobalt mine is online first. A tie would be a win-win for both companies in the event they agree to joint market their output.
