Yes. The only concern is as a supply crunch hits there is a significant driver to get new technologies developed both for recycling cobalt and new battery/fuel types. This is underway now and IMO will start making it's presence felt in about 5 years.

In the mean time cobalt will be king. Just need to find some in Australia. There is a wonderful window of opportunity for ARV if they can come up with the goods. The timeline from discovery to production would be short as well given they have a mill already IMO.
