Nice one. Looks like it has potential.
While I was digging I found a US text from the early 60s that suggests there is 16000t of tailings at Mount Cobalt @ 2% Co. 320t of Cobalt would be a nice way to start.
Certainly explains the first performance milestone.
Wonder if the water shortage contributed to the high grade tailings by preventing any attempt at gravity separation.
