The only policy I disagree with and I have posted on it before. I don't mind them hedging Zinc, lead Copper but stop hedging Gold. Martin hedged Gold in the Dec quarter he got it wrong he hedged more in March quarter bad move again last June quarterly A$3,427 with 20,523 Oz he was wrong again. Now he has gone with A$3,805 with 25,400 which is already wrong again When we did the cap raise we were unhedged which was great. Martin hedging with Gold is costing us millions. Every quarter he has been wrong and keeps averaging more ounces as the price goes up. Martin should state at every quarterly how much money his wrong Gold hedge price has cost us shareholders. As Dargues was coming to its end he held back any upside with his silly hedge. Now Dargues has closed ,we mine less Gold yet Martin has increased hedging to 25,000 Oz. Our Gold hedge is not needed but it is holding back our Gold revenue. Listen to the last question at the Conference call a shareholder was brilliant with his repeated questions analysing Martin's Gold hedge. I believe our Gold hedge although under 50% of Gold produced is the only weak link in our strategy. Maybe someone could work out how many million Martin's Gold hedge has cost us.Martin should be banned from any further Gold hedging as he can't read the Gold market. I still love everything else Management is doing but I detest hedging Gold when not needed. CHEERS not my normal post but my honest opinion.
