Totally agree Joelstar. Bryan Quinn has brought professionalism to the highest level since his arrival at AMI witch was previously lacking. All Management decisions since Bryan's arrival are looking to add shareholder value. Having skin in the game makes a huge difference. Management owning over 20% is a win win for all. cheers
