I do not see this as a punt. In fact if you buy shares as a punt you are gambler.
HLX has good management and backers. They are in the process of building a resource. That takes time. If you only look at graphs and short term gain you will be mostly disappointed.
The model for HLX is similar to GCY. Keep costs down and build a resource worthwhile mining. These people have more experience than most and are genuinely developing a resource. What you get out of it depends upon how patient you are.
