It's easy to be an arm chair geologist....please DYOR.

My opinion is that they will log the current drilling very carefully to understand what is controlling mineralization, ie, a particular fracture orientation or lithology and also understand the regional scale orientation of this anticline. I think they hope that all of these prospects will be strung together to form a much larger body. They mentioned in the Ann that they now have an RC rig coming in which will drill much faster. Because they have just done this Diamond drilling they can learn a great deal and try extending mineralization out along this anticline. The fact that it sits on an identical orientation to that peak trend is encouraging (although this is the regional orientation) - they may well have been mineralised together and then faulted apart - I've not looked at the NSW geology maps to confirm if there is any similarity in lithology.

It's early days, but the widths and grades they hit with the aircore look pretty good, confirmed with the DD. Who knows if it will turn into something great, but it's a better bet than putting the money on black at the Roulette table.

I would ignore market reaction - but the approach they are taking, not going mad spending money is good. A bit of extra time thinking about things now could save a lot of money down the track.
