    You make some good points here, I think it is the day trader in me that gets sucked into overthinking the daily moves - that mindset doesn't have a place in the small cap, longer term space.

    Talking about the company, projects, prospect etc are what I should be focused on.

    Regarding weight lifting, that's a good analogy.
