Similar to my views on CTM (same Chairman, different commodity), I believe once STA finalises the balance of it's offtake agreements and locks away some more debt funding, it will be in the cross hairs of takeover suitors... Iluka springs to mind (MC $3.7B+), so a potential equity dilution will be a non event.
