The thing being 'missed' by this kind of sentiment is a) how extremely difficult POSCO was to deal with (I have waaaay too much insider knowledge to say any more here!) and b) the collapsing market when the deal was being configured. There has been a steady development path to completely reposition project thinking and add substantially to its depth, and the market has had a structural recovery. We are getting close to FOMO, but not quite there yet....
