One point to note is the terms of the NAIF loans.
NAIF Loans generally have to be repaid back before dividends of any real substance are paid.
SFX have a greater disadvantage as they only own 50% of the mine, KMS. KMS will have much higher levels of project financing when you include the Orion Loan. The terms of this loan as well as NAIF will limit any dividends for a number of years until they are repaid.
However on the bright side once the debt is repaid there should be annual dividends at SFX almost at the same price you can purchase the shares for now.
