Both Shaw and Morgans ended up with a back drawer full of scrip after there review of the shares then been nominated as underwriters, unfortunately for them the issue was not fully subscribed and a great many of the share they hold are a result of that, they and sophisticated investors will be large sellers into this market in the short term and will keep a low floor on this stock, take out the number 1 shareholder and undersubscribed shares, along with those nominees how good does the top 20 look?
