I am not sure about that. My take is that its simply not a sexy stock / resource. If all the numbers were the same but this was lithium, iron ore, gold etc the price would be where it should be 60 cents - 70 cents.
Also I think the management team do a great job at most things, but selling the story is not one of those.
However I am not complaining, has allowed multiple top ups at sub 30 cents.
