Obviously a reset is needed, and well underway. Re the airstrip, that's about realising that the drive in drive out model is quite flawed when it comes to the quantity of people you need, and what the ones you want think of what was in place.

Re the rest, a while ago I put an opinion piece up on the fundamentals of what the team will be going through, and the evidence is slowly turning up to suggest that stuff is happening. Whilst I'll back a good team any day of the week against adversity, @2ic raises very solid points that other fundamentals may still combine to produce a serious gotcha moment to challenge all. But I doubt to a breaking point, as all the mentioned stuff is quite manageable.

It IS too early for unbridled optimism, but good to see the adults in the room are tackling the hard stuff head on. We may not like some of what that entails as it is revealed, but the prospects of total collapse are looking very low at the moment.
