Ouch, these guys have been through the wringer, sounds like a really hard 12 months behind them in all aspects of the operations and company. They'd be quite flat on the ground and in the cribrooms at times I'd say.
Talks to ensuring the veracity of your Front End designing and DFS and all aspects of project planning needs to be spot on and not designed for what Boards, Bosses, Banks or shareholders want to be told, with a healthy dose of 'she'll be right', and 'we'll fix it when we get cracking' and will 'pay for it from cashflow' thrown in for good measure, which we're so guilty of doing in Australia and it so often ends in heartache.
