hly1951 if DH knows the deal is dead that is market sensitive information ,I would think they would have to Anne this as it could cause a rush of selling .it would appear he is trying to satisfy the market with a token bush track .Manila you could be right that they holding of to see which way the market turns and drive a harder deal .with limited funds and bush fire this could there could be interesting times ahead ,especially if they try a placement.
