As far as I know there were serious talks in October with the idea it would all be signed sealed and construction started by December 2010.
Both buy and sell volume has been very low, this has meant that good or bad news was likely to swing it considerably either way. As per the AGM it was requested a SPP be at the same price as the capital raising, which has now been done.
My feeling is that any sort of positive news either on Cobourn, Fowlers Bay, MG14 or Xstrata is some way of. Unless positive news is forthcoming I anticipate this SPP will be a failure with a likely share price drop to 19c.
