yes will be $140 per share unless SP drops under $140 per share in the 5 days before it closes then it's 2% discount of that 5 days weighted avg price as if price drops to $130 just before offer closes no one would take up instead of on market purchase. Market would have to have a rough run to drop COH under $130 in April so high chance it's at $140. I'm curious re scale back, can apply for up to $30k but will scale back if oversubscribed (which is likely is SP hangs around $180). Booklet says scale back do proportional to holding but I'm unsure if that proportional scale back takes onto account amount applied for and holding or just holding. E.g. If I assume 50% scale back do I apply for $15k and get all $15k or would I only get $7.5 and get $7.5k refund?
