doubt it's downramping, just unfortunate timing. COH reports earnings next week and would have probably announced its earnings upgrade then... but came out this week to correct the share price/market expectations after the UBS report knocked it down 7%. COH would have already known it was well ahead of its guidance.. companies can't give monthly updates on earnings and sales.
if it was downramping there would have been more time between the broker downgrade and the earnings upgrade. 2 trading sessions just isn't long enough for UBS's large institutional clients to make to shift enough stock to make a lot of money
