you’ll see that all the brokers have a sell or neutral rating on COH, while they all have a buy or neutral rating on CSL. That’s because their institutional clients prefer CSL to COH, and have so for many years. Most think that COH is always overvalued, while a minority have the same view of CSL. If a broker doesn’t think it has particularly different insight into a company, it’ll tend to follow the herd so as not to rock the boat without good reason.
