Great post Humble - thanks for the update.

So is notice 28 days for the EGM - we are looking at middle/late January for the vote to approve Timeone moving to 30%.

Haven,t heard any more re FIRB approval - do you know if this is even required?

Tranche 3 is not much money but it is the committment from Timeone that is the clincher.

Bought my first PLV in Aug 09 - I can wait another month to see this approved.
