The point is, that the rules are there in place with the ASX, that for any sensitive positive/negative news, have to be released to the market via a proper ASX Announcement.

IMO, this news, providing that there are no snags with the "conditional" approval is very good for us. It could mean that, IMO, we may be starting to mine and sell iron ores possibly sooner than anticipated.

And most importantly, I can't see that the Chinese have backed out from their deal with us, and continuing to having to pay the 35 cents per share still. If they had any worries whatsoever about the premium they are paying for our shares, they would have done something about it by now. THEY HAVEN'T !!!
