What is there to stop them relisting now
There is still cash in the bank, they might not have a project but while they pay the fees and comply with all listing requirements they should be able to relist.
it is possible there might be a solid drop off in the SP if they relisted as some people exit to generate tax losses but I can't imagine there would be too many buyers unless something is in the pipeline.
