18 months is too long to negotiate a deal - if it was that complicated they should have walked away much earlier.
I wonder if Cockatoo have looked at the current Iron Ore price and decided there is a better deal elsewhere - that to me would seem to be the more likely scenario.
Back to square 1 with very little money left in the kitty.
