    Finally this nonsense comes to a head.. had to be given what Watpac asked for in the secondary prospectus.. its essentially a letter of agreement vs a JV agreement, they owe plenty, they can be chased but all PLV want is their 50% back.. are WEG going to be happy to pay costs?

    all of this is for entertainment now..
