Well hasn't this thrown an even bigger spanner in the works. Certainly indicates to me that Wise's is not a willing seller which then places the spotlight on Watpac and even the possibility of administration.

I wonder whether Wise is running its own agenda behind the scenes? With PLV's improved balance sheet and creditor position, does this create an opportunity for Wise to take control of the asset via a debt settlement with Watpac?

I think this has a few more twist and turns before the shares start trading again.
