It is still an asset and possibly will be earning interests while it is sitting there.
The reasons that I am making my above comments, is based on the fact that if and when, we will have to rehabilitate the island, we will not have to go and dig deep in our pockets.
The only point that should have been dscussed is the fact as to whether or not the bond money will be sufficient at the time that the rehab will have to be done. But if someone will come out from left field and do an offer for us, and the Management will exercise the pressure that we retain that bond money, we will then cash that money in and the responsibility will be shifted to the new buyers.
