as has been stated here, jpm are selling their stake in plv. they will sell anywhere between 18-21c. they just want their money and thats that.

i would say they probably have another 3million shares to go, i don't see it as an issue, it has nothing to do with plv's announcements or progress over last few months (how could it?!), their new fund manager wants out of this sector and good riddance to them, its an opportunity isn't it?
