Does TRN currently contribute for 30% of the costs of the JV?
The deal to sell an extra 5% for $1.5 mil at any time up to 60 days from a decision to mine is a bit rough in that case as no doubt 5% of the costs to get to that point will be significantly higher then $1.5 mil.
