I'd argue since mid September no announcement has really moved the SP nor given the market confidence significant announcements are close.
@Mr McGregor has been quiet on a response to next news.
If people think a CR will be in 1s or 2s we will need some huge news. No way is a CR happening at a 20% premium plus as things stand, you are dreaming....
I'm a holder, I want this to do well but the SP has under performed the market.
