Just kicking the can around at the moment,
~ some of the T20 have me interested
~ the directors taking shares as part payment of their fees is a plus but given the current cash / cash equivalents makes sense;
~ directors working for no fee, but some are getting interest from legacy loans and/or top up loans at interest rates from 2019;
~ director share ownership is high, but how much were paid for?

Still getting my head around financials, loans, shares issued to convert loans and current debt accruing loans, discount shares to some directors and/or associated companies, zero priced options.
~ rate of dilution - SOI (not fully diluted)
-- 2022 - 390,929,340
-- 2023 - 640,292,340
-- current - 984,929,349 + circa 370,000,000 zero price options + circa 130,000,000 options = fully diluted SOI circa 1,484,930,000 with more dilution to come and a current SP of A$0.008
~ cash / cash equivalents only for 1 quarter (as at 30 September) and we 2/3 into it,
~ anticipating CR timing & what discount,
~ FIRB, FID & Corporations Act guidance on foreign ownership
~ corporate spending
++ corporate governance failure that cost shareholders money re: auditor appointment not approved by shareholders is a little concerning.
