placement shares seem to be directly placed back on the sell side at 0.1c preventing disgruntled ex employees (it appears) and shareholders from selling out before going bust (high likelihood)
so they are not losing any money (as they are obtaining them below 0.1c) unless there is no buying at 0.1c
