    These companies are all turning into ASX penny dreadfuls fast.
    The only small cap to buy now are those with plenty cash, and that is something CDR definately don't have anymore.
    That is why I like Uranium and Lithium stock MAN with $15.3m cash. MAN is the only cashed up small cap left on the ASX .
