    Shannan looks like a good appointment. But not buying anything on the IPO. Probably will pass and buy higher once project derisked further.

    No appetite for IPO in this environment. In saying that, if you are contrarian, might be a good time to buy IPO? since no one is liking IPO at the moment lol...
