can someone help me out here? what was this quarry initially for? it said it was targeted for quartz and feldspar. is that all it was? i thought these were a very common geological presence. is it not operating any more.
on a humourous note i recall this show featuring low cap gold producers in alaska and the gravel they crushed from a quarry was found to be so laden with gold that it was profitable to recover it and process for gold content. maybe we should recover the old product.
