I suspect in a couple of years time COF NTA will be sub $2.00 & it'll be still trading at a 15-20% discount.
That would put it at between $1.58-$1.68 or a 30-38% upside plus a 7-8% div per year.
So somewhere near a 50% gross return over 2 years.
That verses the risk of a capital raising & a dilution.
Strong buy IMO if you believe companies will still be using offices & there won't be recession in Australia.
