From the TCL presentation released this week.
From their research/survey “86% of respondents believe they will not significantly increase the amount of time they work from home following the pandemic”.
I tend to agree. I think long term good quality office space will still be in demand. This is a yield play, with a slow and steady (it is real estate) capital gain. It will be ok.
