but when most people buy Cof at 9-10% yield …. We all kind of knew this high yield maybe cut
even if it’s cut to 7% …. It is still acceptable
if you buy a commercial property and interest rate goes up
by 2%…. Our income will also be affected …. It’s just part of the game …..
