NTA as at 39th. June - $2.50. Share Price $1.68 or thereabouts. US10 year bond yields have dropped from circa 3.5% on 14th. June to about 2.5% now. About a 1% point drop in interest rates. The US bond market is saying yields have peaked and further rate rises will be short lived.
At 8.4% yield this is very tempting to add. Waiting to see if they push it lower after RBA decision as it might have a go at $1.60 level.
There should be a trading opportunities coming up for those so inclined. Waiting to see where this settles.
