@Tarvold Thanks for your posts , which reassure about the future of the office. If hybrid work becomes the norm, at least in some industries, such as tech, a company might need one floor instead of two, for example. However, COF's high quality, relatively new buildings, the high cost of construction, the growing population are all long term factors in its favour
COF was recommended to me by a broker at $2.20 - not sure I'll see that price again, but I have averaged down to a price that should be reached, apart from the dividends.
