For those that did there home work, the last couple of months presented a very attractive period to acquire REITS as part of a diversified portfolio.
Market fear was high, all the talk about people not coming to the office.
Netnet, my net net dollar average position in COF is $1.15 And I have more than a 10% dividend yield for FY24, and just under a 10% dividend forecast for FY25 (on my numbers) on my purchase price for FY25.
With those sought of dividend yields, I need minimal share price accumulation to achieve my target 15-20% return.
Well done to the people that had the courage to buy.
