You note from the AFR that "Major CBD office towers are selling at 20 per cent discounts to their peak value..."
Where do COF's current valuations sit in relation to that 20% down from peak? I don't think we've had sales reflecting this so I'm a bit unsure how far away from this (hopefully) bottoming out our valuations are?
