Centuria as a manager has destroyed this REIT. Years of at best earnings neutral capital raisings and placement refreshes and an unwillingness to recycle older assets which have now become ESG stranded / tenant irrelevant because the manager was focused on FUM growth and their fee card. Approx 30m gets pulled out this vehicle annually as fees and other expenses payable to the manager.
